Patients are encouraged to contact the clinic by electronic communication through our patient Web portal with any questions or concerns. Messages or appointment requests sent to the staff will receive a response within the same day. While the goal is to return call on the same day, there needs to be adequate time for the doctor to review the chart. Electronic communication received after 3:30 p.m. will be returned the following day.

Electronic communication is handle in the same manner as telephone calls in that the request is initially is screened by a staff member and then is tasked to the appropriate recipient.
